I saw in a previous post where you tried out the Job Clock system. What was you experience with that system like? Pros/cons? Was it as easy as advertised? Were there any bugs, or problems caused by using it? We are thinking of trying it out, but do not want to waste a good deal of money and time on something that is not worth it.
We will appreciate any feedback or opinions you may have.

In whatrespect? Are you talking time clocking of regular employees, or resource managment? Are you asking about "hours spent", or a physical time keeping system? Is this for planning (projection of workforce) or "actual time"?

Sorry gentlemen but i was on vacation so i appologize for the late response.
we currently use excel to project out the labor force we can expect for up and coming jobs and the progress of our current jobs. basically our current method is a simple spreadsheet that has jobs(X) on hte left most column and time(Y)(in weeks) at the top most row. we basically schedule out our manpower for the current job demands and future buildings we may get months down the road.
