tracking log analysis on Exch2K

Is there an easy way to interrogate the tracking logs? I have been asked to analyse the amount of internet mail traffic on our system. Trying to interrogate the logs manually via Excel is proving difficult as they are so large. Is there a tool in Exchange to do it or must I look at thir party products?
