Tracking emails

I have a few users (exchange 2010) that are unable to receive a few not all email meesages. When I look the tracking log it shows that everything has been delivered succesfully. Emailed today 3 different messages to a user, he received the last one only. Where else can I look? Is there other tools that I can use?

If you've confirmed delivery then I know it's a simple suggestion but have you tried his junk mail folder or deleted items?

Might have been trapped as junk or he might have a rule to auto-delete.
