I have a user that continues to claim she is receiving internal email on a delay. For instance, if someone sends her an email at 10AM she may say she didnt receive it until 4 PM. However, when I look at her inbox, it will show it received it at 10AM and when I use message tracking in Exchange, it shows it was sent and delivered at 10 AM.

I thought when I showed her that I could track her emails she would drop the lies but she didnt. I am absolutely positive she is lying.

Is there a log where I could actually tell if she read the email in Exchange. Everyone here uses Outlook so I was wondering if I could turn on some log on Exchange or even Outlook that would show when the email was put in her inbox or possibly even when she read it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

IF she has an ost, there's a synchronization log that would show the folder synchronized. I think you're trying to prove it was delivered, not read. Read receipts are a best effort and easily bypassed anyway.
