Tracking Customer / Ship-To Location addition

Is there a way to monitor which salesperson adds a record to ARCUS, or ARCSP? Trying to set this up in Accpac Alerts Server 5.6... I see CODESLSP1/2/3/4 as fields in the DB but I don't think I want those.
