I need to log the changes made to the Database(not data but the design). Is there some way in which i can keep track of the changes by logging those chanes? can some one please help me regarding this?

Thanks,
Sheshank

SQL Server doesn't provide a way to do this. In addition, it doesn't permit triggers on system tables. You are left to design your own Audit trail or you can purchase third party tools that track changes. I've read some reviews of these products but don't use any so can't recommend a product to you.
