One of our branches is having an issue with a gal and personal calls during the day. Does the BCM provide any type of reporting or log calls for a particular extension, without having to bring in any thrid party type of device? If so, how do I obtain?

thanks

If you want to watch real time, then use the BCM Monitor to monitor the incomming and outgoing calls. It can be downloaded from the client software page.

If you'd rather have reports, you can push CDR data to another machine on the network or ftp server. You can set this up under Services > Call Detail Recording. Click the context sensitive help menu to find out more details, but that will get you in the right place.

Without a third party software, you're going to be looking at a ton of raw data...it will be difficult to sort through without a third party software.

There should also be a CDR client on the BCM(client software page).
that will solve the problem of having to go through all the raw data.
It's very simple though but should be of help in this case.
