Tracking Caller Apps

Hello again!

In the old Octel system, when you set up a menu with multiple options, the system would keep track of how many times button 1, 2, 3, etc. was pushed.

Is there anything in Modular Messaging that will show you the statistics for a caller application that is set up similiarly?

The way ours is set up is callers come in and press options 1 through 9 to go to submenus where they then press 1 or 2 to transfer to extensions.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that is built in MM that will show you what you are looking for.

Vitel Ivize was a software you could get for reporting. I think CA now owns it now but can't remember what they call it.

There is 3rd party software called "MM Reports" that should be able to do this.
