Tracking call volume, hold times, dropped calls

Is there an option we can get using preferred edition that will let us track that data? I do not have agents login (nor do we want to) just want to be able to track call volume to certain individuals, hunt groups, etc.
 
I second that motion.
Disclosure: work as a Xima dealer/ reseller.

No fish for him.
 
Xima is definetley the best tool for call reporting.
I've seen a lot of Call Reporting software but no-one can compete with Xima.
