About eight months ago, I THOUGHT I read some sort of programming book that spoke about grabbing the HTML code from another web page on the Internet.

Basically, what I want to do is this:

I want to keep track of when a page of information on another website is updated with new information.

There are three pages at different websites that i want to keep track of. My coded page would basically check each one, and then generate a list of which ones had changed. Basically, it's just going to be a textual change on each page.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?? Or have snippets of code examples??

Thank you,
