No, but if they think someone is activating it too early or late they can always make the system do it automatically so they always know when it is happening

In that case you could simply make them dial a shortcode to set the huntgroup into night service instead of a button and that would also show, no need for the VM side of it, good idea though

In Manager in the left hand column look at the section called "Time Profile" in there press the Help button or F1 on your keyboard, it's better to learn it yourself than be walked through it

just remember though if your using time profiles & Night Service fall back its either automatically or manually not both..if you want to be able to do both you need to look in to the Out of Service Option
You can do both for a little bit
You need to use a time profile at a huntgroup
You can override an active time profile by setting the group in out of service
You can not activate a non active timeprofile
