Does anyone know of a way to track user log in and log out times in MS Access 2003? I can write a vba script to track when they log into the system and the main form opens, but I can't come up with a way to track when they log out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One way would be to disable the 'close' Access buttons and add a 'log out' function capturing the time.

Another way would be to have a hidden form with a timer updating the 'logout time' every five minutes (or two minutes or 30 seconds or whatever).

neeko1226,
Go with the hidden form and use the [tt]OnClose[/tt] event of the form to log the logout.
