Anyone use this the product Track-It from Intuit? Interested in its auditing (hw and sw), Purchasing (POs), and Help Desk functions in particular. Thoughts, ideas, interests, turn-ons. Any information appreciated. Thanks!
My experience with it is 2nd hand. The inventory is awful but the helpdesk is great. I know a couple companies who bought it just for the heldesk and use a different tool for the inventory
I've had 3 days experience with Track-It and it seems like a good product. A forum would be great for it because I'm not having luck finding solutions (and how to implement them)to a few questions. For example, how to export data to an xml format and being able to select specific data only. How to configure automatic email alerts when an item in the library is due back,,,and so on.
