I'm hoping that someone can assist me in troubleshooting a failure with one of our lines. The external line comes into the building DP and then into the Nortel PBX, but then I lose track of it. I know the telephone number associated with the line, but how can I track the number to a TN through the switches interface?
If any could shed any light on this issue it would be appreciated
