I am trying to setup a contact management database, where I would like to keep track of various groups, contacts at various groups (who may belong to multiple groups), and the conversations or interactions I have with those contacts over the course of time. Does this require that I establish multiple tables for each grouping, e.g. tables for: groups, contacts, interactions etc....?

The other issue I am having is if I want to track conversations on various dates, how can I display/track these so that accompanying notes can be enterred/viewed in the layout while I am talking to the contact?

Do the views have to be setup in different layouts in order to see them, e.g., do I have to keep the groups on one layout and then the contacts and interactions on another or can they all be combined on a 'master layout'?

Any help/samples/templates would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Frink1234 - sort of, but I want to be able to track these things on one screen, including mutliple contacts for each company, and multiple converstation/interactions for each contact...multi-tiered tracker.
