HELP! We had a user using this feature and in one paragraph the track changes were associated with his user ID and then in the next paragraph, the track changes were associated with another User ID
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
The User ID comes from the "owner" of the PC or Word license. Go to Tools-Options-User Info tab. If they worked on the file on 2 different PCs, might be different! Just a suggestion, not positive about this.
