Track changes in formulas

I'm curious as well, not that I NEED this right now, but it'd be interesting nonetheless.
As far as tracking changes in general in Excel 2007:

Not sure whether or not there are options there for the formulas.
For the VBA portion, I'd imagine you'd have to do that via VBA itself. Then again, since Office 2007 apps use XML or allow for it, I'd imagine you could use some other scripting language to do at least some of it as well... I can't say how, but I think it's at least an interesting topic of conversation. [learn]
