Hi everyone. I first have to say that this a great forum. I been seraching for information on my phone system.

I have 18 extensions and I have no idea if there is a way to track the time that each individual spends on incoming calls, out going calls, etc.

Any solutions out there?

Thanks

There is an SMDR port on the front of the CPU. This can be hooked up to either a serial printer or to a computer. The serial printer would print raw data, ext #, Line #, length of call. If up you hooked it up to a computer's serial port you can monitor the data in Hyperterminal.
There are programs that can monitor the data and allow you to manipulate the data.

I you don't have one, you will also need a 355 A/F adapter and a D8W cord (a 568B, straight-thru data patch cord will also work) to convert from the RJ45 connector on the processor to a DB25 female serial connector.
