tracing TN in LD 36

specifically, why did it give me TN 8-0 when I was calling TN 8-3? i did get the number back but am not sure now which TN that phone number is on. thank you.

I think either 8 3 was busy or is bad.

so how did i get to TN 8-0? is that some kind of hunt group? if so, is that controlled by my PBX or by the LEC?
