We have an Option 61C (rel 6) with a handful of media cards for our ip users (branch call center, remote home users). External calls come in through PRIs, and our headquarters users are on TDM phones.

I'm trying to figure out how to trace a call from a tdm/pri caller to an ip set to figure out which media card the call is going through.

I am also trying to figure out how to see a list of media cards in the pbx, how to check their status, and how to enable/disable them as well.

Is there any documentation on this? Or are there a few simple commands that might get me started?

Thanks,

-C

If you trace the call in LD 80, part of the trace shows the IP endpoints involved in the call. Especially if you trace the IP phone.

You can enable and disable the media cards using the DISC and ENLC commands in LD 32, you can stat them here as well using the STAT command.

There is ample documentation in the NTPs that cover every aspect of the CS1000 system and all of it's features.
