TRACERT to DSL over ROUTER problem.(time out) Pinging normal

Hi l am a new to here but l tried to find the answer but couldn't so l wanted to open a new thread.

l am using a 256/64 ADSL D-LINK dsl-500G
d-link DI-624+ router
10/100 Surecom eth. card.

net typology is dsl---router---desktop pc (XP SP1a)
|____laptop

l found this problem while l was trying to play Starcraft. l asked and posted to forums but l couldn't find the answer

DLS is 10.1.1.1
ROUTER is 192.168.0.1
desktop is 192.168.0.155

when l ping 10.1.1.1 it is <1 ms
same as pinging 192.168.1.1
they all fine
pinging to google is around 130ms

but when l tracert 10.1.1.1 or anywhere on wan the tracert result is

this takes about a minute to result.

any suggestions.

l am not using firewall on any devices nor computer.

all ports are open and the dsl says it is routing and bridegiig. any chat programs works perfectly. web works fine. also webcams
but l cannot ply my favorite game. l suppose this is the problem. l stuck please help.. Thank you very much...

looking at those IP's you have two nat routers, Is your dsl PPoE or PPoA ? If PPoE can you D-Link 500G be put in bridge mode and have the 624+ do the user name and password login.
Doing double Nat routing will quite often give you trouble.

It is pppoA vc mux l prefer to use pppoA if l can solve this problem. but my isp supports pppoe and also 1483 Bridge vc mux. also it support LLC in both pppoA and oE.
