trace option in exchange (or outlook)

i would like that when i receive a email, automatically exchange send a people who send me this email a confirmation that i receive his email.

You can set this up thru Outlook, and it's called return receipt. Just to Outlook (of course), then Tools, Email Options, Tracking Options and put the check on the necessary boxes....
