Trace file Analysis Services? PMG, WildPackets??

Can anyone recommend any services for remote Trace File Analysis? Also, has anyone ever used PMG or Wild Packets for a trace file analysis and if so what was your experience like?

Haven't used WP or PMG, but have used and prefer Network Observer. You can download a demo at:

If I understand jacob200's question correctly, he's looking for advice on using a service that reads and interprets a trace file as opposed to which tools to use to get the capture. Ethereal is free and will serve well enough for a raw capture that can be saved in .cap format.

I haven't heard any direct comparative info on PMG vs. Wildpackets but as far as I know they're both good and also reputable. Another group I can recommend by reputation is
