trac on a cdn

Hello I need to do a trac on a cdn to see if the cdn is working correctly. I want to dial a number which get placed to a cdn on my nortel 11c switch and the controlled by symposium (cc6) is there any way of tracing a call on the nortel switch?

This is just a guess, but I suspect this is about phone systems, not data networks.
