TPS (EMERGENCY)

I have a tps file we at work created with our customers and user id and password.

and we password protected that file, so now we tryed opening the file with TopScan to view and the file requires the password to view, how can we access that file or remove the password from that tps file so its open again. Is there a cracker or what can i do, please help us.
