Towords returns XX/100 rather than 00/100 Crystal 8.5 1

I am using towords to display an amount. If the amount is a whole dollar, the decimal place displays XX/100.
I want it to display 00/100, but have so far not been able to figure this out. If there is a value other than 0 in the decimal place, everything works fine.

Example of current value: $10.00 = Ten And XX/100
Example of current value: $10.35 = Ten And 35/100

Example of desired value: $10.00 = Ten And 00/100
Example of desired value: $10.35 = Ten And 35/100

Try passing your towords function as the first arguement in the replace function:

replace(towords(...),"xx/","00/")
