Touch tone receiver issue?

I have a customer who has a Magix R4 V7, and a MMessaging. It was working. Now when calling the AutoAttendant, you cannot dial anything. It just keeps playing the greeting. Could someone please remind me of the ttr testing procedure? I haven't used it in @ 3 years.
