touch tone not working

I have a problem when calling a certain 800 # and hitting there AA, it does not respond to the digits you enter. Example hit 1 for sales. However it works if calling from a cell phone or any other phone line not associated with the 3300. I have been able to call other #'s and select their options without a problem. An example would be a bank. Would this be dtmf tone length? If so where would I change it?
