totally hide 3rd drill down level in tree

Is there any way in Crystal Reports 8.0 to completely hide the fact that there is a 3rd level(the detail section) in a report? I've suppressed the detail section, but it still appears in the tree. I would like to keep the tree, but the report will now be seen by additional users who may well be confused by seeing that 3rd level.

Don't hide it, suppress (no drill down) it.

Right click the section and select suppress.

Actually I've done that, but the listing for the 3rd level is still there. I would like to prevent even the listing from being visible.
