I am simply tring to count number of [a], , and [ua] which are all field values, if there is an easier way then please let me know.

I have got 14 crosstab queries to count [a] in each field which work perfectly. When i try adding them together using;

Expr1: ([monday am Crosstab]![A]+[monday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([tuesday am Crosstab]![A]+[tuesday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([wednesday am Crosstab]![A]+[wednesday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([Thursday am Crosstab]![A]+[Thursday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([Friday am Crosstab]![A]+[Friday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([Saturday am Crosstab]![A]+[Saturday pm Crosstab]![A])+ ([Sunday am Crosstab]![A]+[Sunday pm Crosstab]![A])

Rather than returning the 467 records expected and the total number of [a] for each, it returns 3053246 records showing all posible combinations.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanx
Lloydie
