Here's my data
PG Month1
M6 100
M6 50
T5 50
C3 25
C3 25

All within Section 1 of a larger report. I'd like to see subtotals on each PG respectively so the report should look similar to this.

PG Month1
M6 total 150
T5 total 50
C3 total 50
Grand Tot 250

I'm sure it is simple, but I am struggling with this...Thanks

Hello Kirk,

One approach is to set a break on PG, introduce the sum on Month1, fold the table, keeping the header visible and deleting the space between the header parts. With a bit of experimenting this should give you another table just showing subtotals. The tricky thing is that after a while you may not remember that it is a folded table , cause it will look like a normal one.

Other way is to introduce a local variable such as:

Sum(<month1>) in <PG> and use this instead of month1 T. Blom
