Looking for experiences out there. We have been deploying (20+)G350's with S8300 LSP's (main site has 8720's with ESS's. Most sites fall w/in the established limits for LSP phone registration (less than 72 total endpoints per site). A couple have more than 100 phones. At one site that has 100+ 46xx sets, 20 64xx dig, and 16 analog stns plus a PRI, last LSP test saw 76 IP endpoints in registration.
The debate is whether adding a 2nd G350 that registers to the 8300 LSP in the 1st G350 (when WAN/internet goes down) will bump up potential registrations. I am on the "no" side, assuming that since phones register to the 8300, the number of G350's is moot.
I'd love to hear some thoughts before we implement further disruptive testing.
Thanks
JT
