Total Protection for Small Business Advanced firewall settings for RWW

I am running McAfee Total Protection for Small Business Advanced which includes Managed Desktop Firewall on a server running SBS 2003. It appears that the firewall is blocking Remote Web Workplace from working. The correct ports are open on the router and I can ping the address, but the web browser tells me it can't find the name...

Does anyone know what might be happening?
