Total of Top N Records 1

Hi all,

I made a report that show Top 20 records by using Top N/Sort Group Expert and it can be done successfully. Then I am trying show the total of these top 20 records but I found that it can only show the grand total of all record but not the total of top 20 records.
Is there any method to do that? Thanks!

My report shows top 20 Groups but not Records. I did it by using 'Top N' according the count of specified field.
How can I summarize the top 20 groups only?

Hi,

Try to use Running Total, then create formula that is equal to your Running Total, place it in the footer and suppress this footer when the RecordNumber is more then 20.
