HI I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT I HAVE CREATED SUM OF CREDIT AND DEBIT FROM THE DATABASE IN THE REPORT AND I HAVE CREATED SELECTION THAT THE ONLY THOSE ENTRIES ARE SHOWN WHICH HAVE BALNCE(DEBIT-CREDIT) <> 0
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I ALSO WANT TO SUM OF THESE SUM OF DEBITS AND CREDITS THAT ARE SHOWN
I DID SUM FUNCITON BUT IT ALSO SUM ALL THE DEBITS AND CREDITS WHICH ARE NOT SHOWN BY THE CONDITION
HOW TO SUM THOSE WHICH ARE ONLY SHOWN

Not positive about what you need, but:

You can add in a record selection criteria to the report that will only include rows that meet the criteria:

({MyTable.DEBIT}-{MyTable.CREDIT}) <> 0

As for sums, take a look at Running Totals, they're easier to use for this type of requirement, though the sum() should also work.
