Glen's scripts are excellent as long as your mail throughput isn't too high. Not so much a function of the script as of using an Access DB to store the date.
Obviously you have to enable your message tracking logs for this to work.
I have tested Exclaimer in the past but don't remember it giving stats like that. Reporting is not its main purpose of course.
It was also charged per mailbox if I remember correctly and Glen's scripts are free
