Good morning guys. I am still in the process of cutting off Intuity and bringing those mail boxes over to MM. I would like to see how many we have done but can’t seem to find anything on how to do it.
Mind pointing me in the right direction?

I appreciate it.

Mike,
What type of backend are you working on for MM? If it is an MSS, then you can look at the Subscriber Management page under Messaging Administration. Other way is to look under Licensing in the WebLM server for 5.2. Double-click Licensing in the VMSC to see the URL for the WebLM server.

The most accurate way is that way kepeterson described using WebLM. Another way I do is to look at the MAS's application event log and look around midnight where a 1531 gets generated (going from memory so the number could be off by 1 or 2). Within that event that is generated is the total number of MM users seen by that particular MAS (so this may vary MAS to MAS although in a perfect world each MAS would have the exact same data).

Guys I appreciate the time and replies. Sorry I didn't get back on this yesterday, but I actually got to play phoneman yesterday.. :)

I was able to get into the WEB LM and look at the total numbers that are built up. But this doesn't show me how many are actually in use. It looks like we have 1350 built against our license file. This only leaves me around 300 more to do. But i would like to be able to see how many are in use. Not all of these have been cut, just built in AD so we can cut them.

Anyway to list active boxes? And yes we have three MAS and this interfaces with exchange.

Thanks for the help.

Ah ok, you are looking more for a subscriber activity/usage report. With MM for Exchange your only option is to use the MM reporting tool assuming your Tracing service is setup properly. By default you can go back up to 30 days, but it can go back further if your Tracing service is setup to do so. But I don't know if any of the reports will show you what you are wanting to see.
