Total No. Item size

Hi

I am using Exchange 5.5 service pack 3. One of my mailbox showing total number of items 9000 and it keeps increasing day by day.When i chk from outlook i don't have anything stored in the mailbox. I tried cleaning the mailbox also but the size is same.

Can someone please help me in rosolving this issue

Can you just delete the mailbox and then recreate it like it was a new mailbox?

Mayhaps your deleted item retention settings are amiss. Marc Creviere
