When I check the size of the mailboxes one box says it has 16,463 items, but we only use this mailbox for email contacts. It currently has under 4000 contacts. They only have email address, some zip codes and some names. I have defraged but it still remains the same. Any ideas? Is that number not based on actual contacts and emails, etc?
