I have been tasked to providing upper management with the number of:

Station-to-Station calls on local PBX;
Station-to-Trunk calls on local PBX.

Question: Does the "list measurements call-summary" report include calls made from station-to-station in the total calls count?

NO you will need to add an entry in the intra switch cdr screen for every internal station and use CDR(as CDR does not record station to station calls by default)

Or the `list measurments occupancy summary` report will give you intercom call (station to station) and total connections , but depending on what level you need to drill down to the CDR option is probably better (obviously you then need a CDR collection device to be set up)

Hope that helps

Would the CDR data include also the calls made between the local PBX and a remote PBX via TIE trunks? These type calls would be to extensions not defined as local extensions on the local PBX, rather extensions listed in the UDP and AAR tables pointing to route patterns referencing TIE trunks to other PBXs. We consider these calls local, since they go to other organizations' PBX's on the campus, and use our PRI circuits. The rest of the PRI calls would use AT&T PRIs to go off-campus, and are what we consider external calls. I just need to be able to provide accurate metrics to management each year, and need to come up with a procedure for obtaining this data from the local PBX. And yes, we do use CDR, but the collection device was offline for most of the year last year (ugh) due to server issues.
