Total at the bottom of my report

Hi

i have to make an invoice report and i have 2 questions:

- I want to put a total at the end of the report, cause the invoice are already printed and i want to put the total beside of the total on the invoice, can you tell me how to do that? cause if i put my field at the footer of the page i got an error

- secondly i want to make sure that if the items printed on the invoice is longer than one page i want to put a subtotal at the end of the pages ans at the end of the report a total.

Can someone help me with that
