Toshiba the next victim?

I cannot find anything in writing but a source told me that Toshiba is going as far as not even supporting anything phone related past 2017.
They stopped selling TV's and Laptops a couple years ago and looking at Toshiba as a whole (whom are huge) seem to be heading down a bad path and look like the rubble at the bottom of a steep landslide in stock terms.

Did any vendors get anything in writing?

Or maybe they will go the E-MetroTel route!

So I found out directly by calling the contact us number on the Toshiba website. The guy at first was reluctant to tell me but I mentioned a few installations and he broke down and told me about it. He was pretty upset!

Looks like Mitel has made an offer for Toshiba assets.
