The Toshiba forum was shutdown a few years ago, lack of posts, best to post in the General Forum but you should mention which model.
You can also try the admin guide at Textfiles for default info.
As for passwords I doubt somebody's admin passwords will work on your systems but keep in mind giving out passwords is not permitted on forums anyway.
