Toshiba Strata XXe

I am looking for information about a Strata XXe phone system. I am trying to transfer calls off site. I have information on Trunk to Trunk connections but it does not work correctly. What I would like to be able to do is when someone calls the office and the person they need to speak with is out I want to be able to transfer that call off site to a Cell, Home or other phone number and then get off the call. It makes it appear the people are in the office working when they are realing commuting. Any body have any ideas??

It does not support conference call with station drop out. The new Toshiba product line will do this like a dream. You need to get rid of the super old one and get a new one.

Cant be done on a Strata XXe
Trunk to trunk transfers are not permited on alog trunks (on uk pstn at least)

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY A NEW SYSTEM YOU COULD HAVE YOUR LINES SWITCHED TO CENTREX WITH CALL TRANSFER DELUXE.

WITH THE CALLER ON THE LINE YOU HIT THE FLASH KEY, DIAL THE NUMBER OF THE PERSON TO CONNECT WITH THEN HANG UP.

DOWN FALLS NO LINE RECALL AND THE CALLER WILL HEAR A SERIES OF CLICKS AND NO MUSIC ON HOLD. BUT IT WORKS.
