I'm now supporting a Toshiba Strata DK280 system. I have two users who have inbound DID numbers that will not answer (just rings) and thus will not go into their VM. When a call is transferred to them internally, VM works correctly.
These users are not new, but the problem is. Also, all other users who have inbound DID work correctly.
Any thoughts?
