Toshiba Strata - Outbound CallerID does not appear correct

Current system:

Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR3.10 MK063.00

I have checked the system and have the station set such that the Network Calling number is specific such that it should be showing that number outbound through the PRI Gateway such that the number would be the Caller ID desired. However, this station when dialing out shows the main number for the location.

I have checked everywhere I can think of in the system entries and nothing appears to be incorrect. Anyone have any idea or suggestion as to what I have not done correctly?

Check with the service provider and make sure they will pass Caller ID that you send.
