Hello, I am not sure if I am in the correct forum. I have a remote client that needs to disable their auto attendant for lines 1,2,3 and the docs I found did not help. Is this the correct forum? Thank you
 
Yes correct forum, Toshiba forum was shut down due to lack of Threads started....the Allworx forum might be the next victim.

Sorry I do not know that system but people here do so stand by.

Are you working with a DK, CIT or Ipedge Toshiba? Analog line or PRI/T1/SiP?

The basic answer is to look under trunks. Each trunk has a DIT for day, day2 and night modes. Normal system setup is to assign the voice mail as one of these and a MCG in another. With a Night button on a phone they can change where calls ring to on the fly
