Toshiba STRATA CTX670 - Group extension 1

I come from a Definity background, so I am very new to this Toshiba POS "PBX". Right now there is one extension set up that rings to four or five people. My understanding is that this is a call pickup group, but I don't know that for sure.
I need to set up another extension that duplicates this, but without the dkadmin software, I can't see how it is set up. Does anyone know how to check how this is set up, or better yet, how to set it up to from a 2000 series phone?
ANY help would be greatly appriciated.

I chucked my Toshiba for a Norstar.

I will look around my office to see if I have any of the docs left over.
 
Sorry SR7758, can not find any of the manuals. They probably went out the door with the system.

I agree...Time to push for a budget increase to get a new system *COUGH* Norstar *COUGH*... ;)
 
Can you be more specific on why the Toshiba stinks or why it was chucked?
 
We disliked the Toshiba because it was a very limited system that was not the easiest to program. Support was also limited.

We also found that replacement parts and/or phones were far more expensive than other systems.

When we switched to a Norstar, we are able to add phones and modules for far less than our old Toshiba. Support is plentiful, programming is a snap, and the system has a load of features off the shelf.

I know everyone has their preferences, which is cool. We were just tired of dealing with the Toshiba, and after some research, we are glad that we went with Norstar.
