I just installed a Toshiba DK40i key system with 7 phones. Everything works fine, except only the programming phone (ext 10 port 000) can call all the other extensions using the intercom key. When all the other extensions (11 to 16) try to dial another phone/extension they get a busy signal. After the busy signal comes on you get the option to override the busy on the display and then you can complete the call to the station/phone. Also, none of the phones are busy when you make the intercom call and I kept the programming/features extremely basic. I believe a field needs to be corrected in programs 30, 31 or 35. Although, I'm lost as to what field that would be, if anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
