I do not know Toshiba systems but did master removing them in the 90's, but some things to note that I read here and there:
-The DK280 system was discontinued almost 20 years ago
-Toshiba no longer manufactures phone systems
-The software needs a special red dongle to interface with a PC
-The software is like a DOS program and is slow and is said that programming via the telset is much easier/quicker
-There might be a DKadmin and also a DKiAdmin software, DKiAdmin may not be compatible with you DK280
Some others might chime in here if your lucky....they might be walking with canes, hunched over & slow moving, bed ridden, shriveled up or just plain old dead!
Saw a recent question about a DK280 in it that received an answer. (Act quickly - Curlycord's warning has the ring of truth about it for a system that old.)
